OUR MISSION

Providing the training, support and skills needed to champion participation, innovation and service delivery, starting at the grassroots.

SWAP enables, encourages and engages smart, passionate local influencers through training and networking to learn and exemplify accountability as integral to the purpose of nation building. We connect a network of innovative and results-driven champions and support their initiatives using their public office or influence to create and sustain durable and productive systems and institutions in African countries to serve the needs of all citizens.
